Terms of Service
Effective: April 2, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TracyHill RP ("the Service"), a privately operated, self-hosted application. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and agree to these Terms.
2. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must not share your account credentials or MFA verification codes with any other person.
- You must notify the Service administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- Passwords must meet minimum complexity requirements enforced by the Service (minimum 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, and a number).
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or the underlying server infrastructure.
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features of the Service.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, or federal law.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without prior authorization.
- Intentionally disrupt or overload the Service.
4. API Keys and Third-Party Services
- You are solely responsible for any API keys you provide to the Service.
- API usage through the Service is subject to the terms and pricing of the respective AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, z.ai, Google).
- The Service is not responsible for any charges incurred through your API keys.
- You represent that you have the right to use any API keys you configure in the Service.
5. Two-Factor Authentication
- The Service uses email to send verification codes for two-factor authentication.
- By creating an account with an email address, you consent to receiving automated verification emails from the Service.
6. Content and Data
- You retain ownership of any content you create or input through the Service (conversations, campaigns, prompts).
- The Service stores your content solely to provide functionality and does not claim any rights to your content.
- AI-generated responses are subject to the terms of the respective AI provider.
- You are responsible for the content of your interactions with AI models through the Service.
7. Service Availability
The Service is provided on a self-hosted, best-effort basis. We do not guarantee any specific uptime or availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE SERVICE OPERATOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data upon account termination.
10. Modifications to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
